Terms of use and licence

These terms apply to the SlideLesson website and to every SlideLesson licence. SlideLesson is a brand of Koutheesh Consulting Service, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using SlideLesson materials you agree to these terms.

What you buy

You buy a licence to use SlideLesson teaching decks (PowerPoint files) for the class or classes you choose, for the 2026–27 school year. You do not buy ownership of the files or their content.

Teacher licence

  • For one named teacher, who may use the decks in their own classes, in any school where they teach.
  • The decks are watermarked with the teacher's name and school.
  • The teacher may not give the files to other teachers.

School licence and Classes 3–8 bundle

  • For one school campus. Every teacher employed at that campus may use the decks for teaching students of that school.
  • The decks are watermarked with the school's name.
  • Each additional campus or branch needs its own licence.

What is not allowed

  • Sharing, selling or giving the files to anyone outside the licence.
  • Uploading the files to any public website, social media, file-sharing service or group.
  • Removing, covering or changing the watermark.
  • Using the materials to make a competing product.

If we find files shared outside a licence, we may end that licence without a refund.

Updates

We may correct or improve the decks during the school year and will send updated files to current licence holders at no cost.

Liability

The materials are teaching aids provided as they are. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
